Disruption for Twickenham bound traffic

Major works to a sewer in Twickenham could affect traffic as far as Hampton.  

Repairs on a sewer located on A305, The Green will start next week. \

The main works will take place on the A305 The Green, Twickenham between the junctions of Oriel Court and May Road.

The repairs will take 5-6 weeks to complete.

An alternative signposted route will also be advertised to Twickenham-bound traffic starting from the junction of Staines Road and Sixth Cross Road. 

This route will direct traffic along the following route:

- Traffic directed southeast along B358 Sixth Cross Road

- Left into A311 Hampton Road, Twickenham at Traffic Lights

- Diversion ends at A311 / A305 The Green (where all vehicles will turn right into A305 Heath Road and rejoin the original route).

Be prepared and plan ahead.
