Year 4 pupils at Hampton Hill Juniors have been taking orders and serving parents and guests in their own restaurant.
The plan has involved pupils going through a mock job interviews for various roles for waiters, chefs and financiers.
But it hasn't stopped there, pupils have also gone out and bought the produce themselves to be cooked.
After that, they've had to manage bookings and keep the guests happy.
The local community has also got involved, with local chefs, including one from Cafe Rouge lending a helping hand.
Head of Year 4, Robert Waiting says: "All of the children who've worked in the kitchen have learnt more about food."
"The children who've worked as a cashier, their knowledge of finance has also improved, they've gained real life skills." He added.
