A new Safer Neighbourhoods Inspector is reassuring residents that patrols will be stepped following a brawl in Teddington earlier this month.
Rhiannon Ivens says she's going to be leading a new Safer Neighbourhood watch scheme.
Residents are being encouraged to get in touch with their local watch.
She says she's to work closely with scheme co-ordinators to ensure that the latest news, appeals and updates are shared with our communities.
Details of the local neighbourhood watch scheme can be found on www.met.police.uk/saferneighbourhoods
The local Safer Neighbourhood Team's are available to assist with any concerns and will personally welcome your feedback.
Officers will continue to work hard to reduce anti social behaviour and crime by working closely with our residents, partner agencies and stakeholders.
