Thought we'd tell you about our small group training sessions. We run sessions at Bushy Park, Collis School and The Little Gym in Hampton Hill. Have a look at www.nakedtrainer.co.uk We aim to help you re-learn forgotten human movement patterns, improve posture and strength as well as providing an effective way to burn fat and build cardiovascular fitness.
â¨We use kettlebells, ropes, bands, sledgehammers, tyres, powerbags, slam balls, benches, logs and the best kit available, your body, but clothed please!
