Hi All,

Thought we'd tell you about our small group training sessions. We run sessions at Bushy Park, Collis School and The Little Gym in Hampton Hill.  Have a look at  We aim to help you re-learn forgotten human movement patterns, improve posture and strength as well as providing an effective way to burn fat and build cardiovascular fitness. 

We use kettlebells, ropes, bands, sledgehammers, tyres, powerbags, slam balls, benches, logs and the best kit available, your body, but clothed please!

    Hi Tanya! We are quite different to BMF. Groups are small and apart from some short sprint work, we don't run much! Lots of strength work and conditioning circuits along with the use of some natural elements like logs and trees! You can check our website for full details but in a nutshell rates are: 1st sesh £10, Pay as you go £20, 6 pack £80 or a 12 pack for £150. Feel free to email or call me.     Thanks for the info. As a former British Military Fitness member I am looking for a new exercise group. What's the difference - cost etc?
