Following A-level results last week, and GCSE results yesterday, Hampton School are celebrating results which exceed all expectations.
Headmaster, Barry Martin, is delighted with the students with most of the upper sixth boys obtaining top university places. This has been the hardest year for university applicants with the competition being extremely high. However, Hampton boys have worked hard and will be able to move on to study at the university of their choice.
90% of boys achieved grades A* - B, gratifying about three times the national rate.
GCSE results were equally as impressive with 333 A* grades obtained. This is 85% of grades with an upward trend of 44% for the top grade. 7 lucky boys achieved 10 A* grades and every boy received 5 passes at grade A* to C.
Established for providing the highest standard of education for boys in Hampton, and surrounding areas, Hamptonpeople would like to hear if your boy attends the school, how does the school achieve it's academic success and how could other schools benefit from their principles?
