Treat yourself this September!

For some of us the summer is not always a relaxing break! What with trying to keep the kids entertained, and juggling that tricky balance of the working / family life, September may be the month when it's time for you to sit back, relax and treat yourself, and here at Hamptonpeople we would like to help you with detailed info on the nearest salons.

For the body...

In Harmony, Hampton Court is the first place to recommend as this is certainly a beauty salon with the wow factor! The inside is decorated beautifully like a Thai haven of peace. With water fountains, tranquil music and friendly staff this is the place to relax. I have had the Stress Release back massage, and it was amazing. Costly, but it certainly makes you feel worth it!

A Beautiful Touch, Hampton is a much smaller and more modest establishment, but it offers most of the essential beauty treatments apart from massages. Known in the area for the place to get your hands looking lovely with gel nails (average set costing £35), the salon also offers a full tanning spray for £25 (competitive price), facials and the full list of eye treatments such as tinting, shaping and even extensions for only £9.

Me, Me, Me in Hampton Hill offers pretty much the same treatments as other salons, but there is an extensive nail bar in the salon and if you fancy having a full makeover there is 10% discount if you have 5 treatments or more.

Rainbow Rooms, Hampton is a great place to have all the works done at the same time as this is a hair, nail and beauty salon. The current offers at the moment include £10 off a facial when you have a blow dry, £10 off highlights and £5 off nail extensions. Plus if you are a bit of a fan of the tanned look you can have a free St Tropez spray after two treatments.

For the head...

Hype, Thames Ditton is a local village salon that does a good job on the old barnet! With 3 to 4 different stylists there are a variety of prices to suit the pocket. No website but call 0208 398 1916 to find out more.

Firefly Hairdressers, East Molesey is a new salon which opened a few months ago and they have created quite an impression. Offering the normal hair treatments, they have been offering discounts to promote the new business. Sadly no website, but there number is 0208 979 0315.

Sweeny Todd, Hampton is one for the boys being the most popular barbers in the area. Not sure if they offer highlights or spray tanning (?!) but for a simple trim contact them on 0208 941 2160.
