What I love is when you come across somebody who genuinely enjoys their job and adds pleasure to those around them. I went into Hampton Hill Pharmacy on a rather routine errand and found both staff members to be ever so helpful and cheerful that I came out with what I'd gone in for and also a dose of goodwill that brightened the rest of my day.
