Chariot Cars was formed in February 2005 and was based in Sunbury upon Thames. Due to continuous expansion we have now expanded to include a new office at Hampton Hill where the operation has been completely computerized.
The company has a wide range of blue chip corporate customers and we also have exclusive rights to operate at several hotels in the local area.
Our call centre is operational 24/7 whilst our shop front is open from 9am to 5pm.
Our state of the art computerised booking system allows us to provide the highest quality of service possible including automated text messaging to let you know when your car has arrived.
From the moment you book with us your journey begins. Firstly your call is taken by one of our very friendly, helpful staff and logged onto the state of the art system. The moment the call has ended the job gets dispatched to the nearest suitable driver that matches the customer requirements. The driver then gets sent the details of the job straight to his onboard PDA computer.
Any special requirements are also sent to the driver in advance so neither party runs into any unexpected problems. This allows the driver to meet the customer quickly and efficiently even in very busy and hectic places such as airport terminals.
If you provide a mobile number at time of booking then an additional FREE service is our system sends out a text to you on the drivers arrival. No more having to look out the window waiting for your car to arrive, as you will not only be told when they are there but you will also be given their name, the car type and registration number of the vehicle. So from a lads night out to a lone female you can be sure your getting into the right licensed cab that you booked.
Once you are in the car the driver will take you on to your destination as quickly and efficiently as possible with the aid of the latest satellite navigation technology.
